1996 GTS sold in CA: Does the PCM have a factory flash different from other Vipers?

Or did all the 1996 GTS Vipers run the same PCM part number and same factory flash?

If the CA factory flash is different and undesirable, is it possible to force a non-CA factory flash?

I'm not surprised. New cars are sold in PA have been CA legal types for many years. (And also Mass. compliant - sure about a 2nd state's laws, not absolutely sue it being Mass.
