It would probably be deal like the last one that sold for around 60k but not at 111k

Good catch finding the copart auction!

If the hood wasn't just propped to look good this may have been a good deal. It doesn't look like a Nth kit or Calvo kit based off the intake piping but I could be wrong.

Motor looks like it is shifted way to the right - not a good sign.

JMB kit from what others said. Work was done on kit and looks like someone put the cheap $100 ebay intercooler on it.

This is not the JMB car. This is a different TT car. A friend went to see the car described at X2. Not a lot of damage but in no way worth $110K.

It sure looks much better in the seller's showroom than it did in the photos of the accident posted on Facebook VOA group page. I wonder how the tweaked hood was made to lay down normally. Perhaps in the accident, the underlying damage forced the hood into a twist, and it went back to normal shape when the damaged parts were moved back close to their original positions.

This car sold to x2 in copart auction for $60k.

Mike, This was Jay's car...i believe Javon and JMB tag teamed the work. JMB was involved in some facet.

So they want to double the money on a car with frame damage? 60k is the best price to rebuild it. 110k is what used bonderant ACRs sell for.

60 is a good price! Nice job X2. It’s a parts car now, so I hope no one actually thinks it’s worth rebuilding. No meat on that bone.

I would rebuild it for sure but just not worth anywhere near the 110k

    frame damage? how’d it wreck?

  17. #17
So many wrecked Gen V ACR’s. Car was rare to being with. Even more so with every destroyed car. I’m surprised at how many have been destroyed in such a short time. Anyone have a data base going with the VIN #’s of cars that have been wrecked, destroyed or salvaged?

these purple acr cars are like the 2008 ssg cars, bad luck for being totaled brand new, hell a lot of ssg cars in 08 never made it off the lot

I Guess I can understand getting caught in a storm (maybe) but to have a car like that, I think i'd got off of the first exit or pulled over! JMO! I Guess it's Always easier to be an Arm Chair QB, just hate this happened to one of our Vipers, just glad the Owner wasn't Hurt!
