    New Viper Owner

Sold my Lotus a few weeks ago and have always wanted a Viper; after closing on the new place, I found a 2004 red SRT10 that was exaclty what I was looking for. Picked the car up earlier this evening and drove it the 75 miles home (in a downpour; not ideal, but drove slowly/made it safely).

Congratulations! Last Friday I flew to Los Angeles and picked up my latest Viper, a 99 RT10. I drove it 486 miles back to my home in Tucson. It's the longest road trip I have ever made in a Viper. It ran flawlessly with no drama whatsoever.IMG_0420(Edited).jpg

Is that a first edition model, if so what number is it of the 200?

Congratulations to all you first time owners, hope you enjoy those Gen 3's as much as I do

Thanks! That's quite a drive! The cabin is considerably more spacious than my Elise, but I'm not sure I would do well on an almost 500 mile road trip! Nice car

Looking good!! Nothing like that first drive home. Leaving the dealer I was white knuckles and nervous as hell lol, but laughing at the same time.
