    OE Gen V Non ACR Tires Fit on Gen IV Non ACR with OE Wheels

    Boys & Girls;

    I understand Dodge specified 295/30-18 (front) and 355/30-19 (rear) tires on the non-ACR Gen V.

    My Gen IV (non-ACR) has the OE 275/35-18 tire on the front, and 345/30-19 tire on the rear. I've got the OE "H-Pattern" wheels on my car.

    Can the OE Gen V tires fit comfortably on the my Gen IV without rubbing, modifications, etc.? I understand the dimensional differences between the Gen V and Gen IV tire sizes are small, but just want to be sure there are no complications.

    Any other guidance also appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Are you lowered? if you aren't i'm pretty sure you could stuff 35" mudders on.

    Shouldn't be a problem, i ran similar sizes lowered with spacers and no rubbing, but the 295/30/18 always looked kinda dumb with the 25" front OD.

    The rear 355/30/19 are actually 0.3" tread width narrower then the 345/30/19. Not all sizes built the same.

    I have OE G5 pzeros on my g4 ACR with absolutely no fitment issue. 295 front 355 back. The 295s in the front are lower profile than your 275s so there will be a little more gap on stock ride height.CB117404-DA03-4795-8083-69EB209C9D0E.jpg
    Just for reference my suspension is set at rough track height. (Sorry edit: rough track height is lower than a non ACR although I do not know by how much.)

    It should fit no problem, but as already stated, they just don't have enough sidewall for my taste.

    Thanks. Appreciate the comments. I’ll stay with the OE sizes for the car.

    That can be a bit limiting, especially depending on available stock.

    All Gen 3/4 wheels measure 18x10, +50mm up front and 19x13 +71mm in the rear. The gen 4 acr came stock with 295/30/18's whereas all the other models came with 275/35/18.

    275/35/18, 285/35/18 and 295/30/18 all work up front, as do the 345/30/19 and 355/30/19. If you aren't aware, it is a strong belief within the Viper group that it is important to match brands/models of tires.

    As has also been mentioned, the 295/30's are quite low profile. They have an overall diameter of 25.0". The 275/35 have an overall diameter of 25.7". I believe the 285/35 are 25.9". I have ran all three of those sizes on my Gen 3 and the 285/35 looked the best as the sidewall of the tire compares nicely to the rear sidewall...In my opinion anyway.
