Not sure I get the drift here. If we are simply talking 1/4 mile times where the purpose of the exercise is to get down a straight strip of road in the fastest possible time with your stock car, and if that was my main intention, I would chose the quickest car to do that in and I wouldn't care if it was naturally aspirated, turbo or even solar charged. Heck if that's what I wanted to do I wouldn't hesitate strapping a short range missile under my car to help. Not sure how many people bought a Viper for the sole intention of outdragging other cars though. Surely there are tons of other cars better at this than a Viper. Which is why I think in this case the Viper won't particularly shine.
Now if we are talking about an exercise where how the power delivery comes in makes a difference, like at a circuit or track where naturally aspirated is very relevant and can and does make a difference, the question should then be how many other NA cars are quicker at the circuit than the Viper? But we all know the answer to such a question anyway..
