    Performance Crankshaft

    Hi,

I have a Gen I. Want to get a custom crankshaft. The crankshaft has been designed to have a 4.5"+ stroke, as well as 5,000 to 6,000 RPM - boosted - application.

Any suggestions? For example - since the crankshaft is custom - I can go with a larger crankshaft snout to handle the supercharger. Would Mopar and big block snouts be adequate? Bladed crankshaft? Counterweights and counterbalanced?

    Thanks.

back in the day.. before coloured tv and the internets .... contact Prefix ... I think 522 cubes was about it for size..... .4.5 stroke needs a long rod and stubby piston.. then the problems start with ring stack .. land distance...rod ratio etc good luck
