Any Dodge dealership with a certified Viper tech, can do something as simple as a PPI. I would not let them drive the car though.

Not Tampa, but about 1.5 hours east is Alex Macevicius, he is a Viper Tech, president of the Central FL VOA chapter. Alex@ADM motorsports.com
I'm taking all my Viper needs to him once I get home.
