Sweet car! Not to discourage you from doing their catback in addition to their high low cats alone but, the sound is much better and the tone is louder/meaner with high flow cats and stock mufflers only. Also be prepared that some of us have experienced CEL's (check engine lights) when switching to high flows that will not go away without a tune.

My full Belanger system with high flow cats did not give a check engine light. That's something Belanger prides themselves on.

It has lowering caps, wheel spacers, matte Sidewinder II’s as well as A&C Performance heads and cam. The car pulls hard and turns heads with the lopey cam. Usually I only keep cars for a year or two but I think this one will stay for a while.

I have a 2014 AC TA and Todd has it now doing the H/C package. How much of a difference do you feel between stock and the H/C ? Was going to SC it but decided to do this first.

I had full bolt-on’s and then went H/C. The difference is significant but the car is still reasonable on the street. I almost went TT but then decided on the H/C to keep the car reliable and livable. If I get bored I could add a blower which would be great for the 1/2 mile but probably a bit much for the street. I got out of an 1,100 rwhp TT Z06 to get into the Viper because the Z06 drove and felt too much like a race car. The A&C H/C package is a nice compromise and the car sounds absolutely wicked at idle.

The only other thing I have to ask is with the H/C do you feel like maybe you lost a little low end power or response to gain upper rpm HP ? I feel with the car stock that power starts really coming on above 4,000 RPM's . Is that the same or does it feel like it comes on at lower rpms. Todd suggested to degree the cam in to bring the power curve lower. Did you do that ? I also was thinking TT but would have to use a stand alone and would never pass New York OBD2 test. I also figured the H/C this to be a good compromise until this fix doesn't do it for me anymore and have to go with the Pro Charger. Todd says he can get about 1150 HP wheel with HP tuners. Thanks for your response .

I do not feel that the powerband has shifted upward dramatically. The car actually feels stronger everywhere and the power comes in nicely without blowing the tires off. It is probably one of the better cars I have owned in terms of staying drievable while still making good power. I run Michelin Pilot Super Sports and can slowly roll into it in first gear, granted it is over 100 degrees here everyday right now. I am anticipating the need for a change to Toyo R888R’s in the fall. Overall the H/C package was the right move for me, for now. I think I would rather turn my Hellcat into a straight line monster and leave the Viper as a complete package.

I can tell you from experience, the twin turbo viper is the most mild mannered setup yet. I had the V/E heads&cam and the NTH Moto heads&cam full build and now NTH Moto TT full build. The V/E set up is very nice on the street, the radical NA build that we did at NTH Moto was a little more like a race car set up. This TT setup is just the best of both worlds and has adjustable power levels with the power increasing with each higher gear. I never had any idea how much more power could be put to the ground with this car until I experienced this TT setup. This car pulls as hard now at 150mph as it did with the NA set up at 50mph. But when cruising around, you would never know it had all that power, until you roll into the throttle.
When Aaron and I talked about going with the TT set up, I told him that I wanted to over build everything and keep the power level well below its limits for reliability. I feel like he did an excellent job at that. This is now a car that you could drive daily no problem if you wanted.
