Trackhawk feed back likes or dislikes

I'm considering letting my 2006 Jeep SRT8 go and getting into a 2018 trackhawk. I would appreciate all feed back good and bad.

    Thanks,
    Bill

I had a choice between Trackhawk and Durango SRT. To cut it short I chose the Durango for additional towing capacity to tow the viper and my hellcat. If it wasn't for that, I'd have gone Trackhawk all day. It's a crazy experience and the launching is intoxicating.

Only put about 500 miles on my 2018 before putting it away for the summer. It's fast. Had a 2012 SRT that I thought was fast. Electronics and creature comforts will impress you if you trade up from your 2006.

    Good:

    Ridiculous off the line
Great power and driveability in stock form
Drivetrain capable of handling additional power
Large improvement in interior from gen 1 SRT's
    Smiles per mile

    Bad:

Lots of delivery transport damage reported
Typical FCA quality control hit or miss. Misalignment in body panels, interior rattles, caliper paint flaking. Inspect closely!
Massive brakes come with massive brake dust (with the OEM pads)
Electrical gremlins. False blind spot assist alerts, inability to change driver modes, cruise control (there is an open recall on this), etc.
    Fuel economy : )

My wife is actually contemplating one. I really like them except that they really are a true sleeper. If I spend 100k on a rig, I want everyone to know that it is not a base jgc. To me it just doesnt stand out enough. I expected the Trackhawk to stand out from the other srts, let alone a base.
That being said, it is def a bad ass truck.
