The end plates on the ACR spoiler, can anyone tell me which tool is needed for the removal? Thanks.

The one on the right. 3/32" hex head security bit. You can find them at most hardware stores.
They used loctite on the fasteners. Be very careful removing them or the nutsert may break loose.
