Dyno tuning time

I will be getting my gts tuned with hp tuners tomorrow. What kind of results should I expect? The car has belanger headers and exhaust with cats, k&n drop in filter and underdrive pulley. My plans besides the extra hp are to eliminate the skip shift, raise the idle 50 to 100 rpms, disable the rear o2s (I plan on going catless). Is there anything else I should do to make more hp and to be safe at the same time?
