Which Chrysler/Dodge interface does it use? Idatalink doesnt list anything for the viper but a lot of cars used the same RB1 radio and the OBDII port is the same as some other vehicles. I just dont know which ones. Also i have seen the Halo9 in a members Viper with the Engine Data displayed, I think,, I am looking for the Idatalink interface part number so i can add the Halo9 with eng data to my Gen IV.

I believe he used for a mid 2000’s Mazda, you just need one with a can hi/can lo input and tap into your obd2 plug.

I would love to figure this out because I have tried OBDII bluetooth readers that didn't work at all with my 06 (Really sucks!!!). Also, my SCT Tuner doesn't pick up any real time logging metrics. This ECU is truly a pile of poop.

My 06 is the same way... SCT and several viper tuners have not been able to make it work in over a year... Does yours load tunes properly or just not recognize the ecu for logging?

I can load tunes, sometimes it hangs, but I've been able to load tunes. I just cannot log anything with it, and OBDII scanners do not pick up much for live status/logging.

I've been stereo shopping and I'm really loving the ILX-F259! I personally don't need the extra features in the 309... it's a bit overkill... still debating the size of the screen, but I have a short shift already installed... I 50/50 cruise/drive hard so I don't wanna sucker punch my head unit. LOVE the screen... don't care about the heater vents, haha!

What else did you need to install it? Single din install kit and wiring harness? Does it need an amplified harness converter and antenna adapter, as well? Thanks!
