Just got the following information from the Greystone Lodge. If you want a room in the new part of the hotel, ask for the B Building. You still get access underground parking. Parade permit is in hand. Cherokee Grill and the Crystelle Creek Grill are asking for extra beverage services. Special thanks to Tim and Shirley Morrison for all their hard work on this.

The rooms are now blocked out for the Viper Club meeting - May 30 to June 1 - but they will honor room prices for those coming in early IF you ask for the Viper group. Hotel address and number:

We are meeting with the t-shirt folks to finalize design week after next. If you are coming and want a t-shirt - long or short sleeve - please let us know style, number and the size(s) you want. We can always add more shirts but we can't get them the week of the event.

Oh, by the way, just to let you know, eager to drive folks have already made 6 room reservations - all out of state. It is gonna be great. Is it May yet!!!

I forgot to ask when I booked . Is there room for parking trailers ?

Yes, there is room for trailers. We also have an alternate site if things get crowded. It is a bit tight with 3-4 trailers but last year it was not a problem. Folks bringing trailers should let us know so we can secure additional parking if necessary. Just remember, it is Gatlinburg and traffic can be SLOOOW moving with a trailer - plan accordingly.
