Essentially...
Whomever is answering on behalf of DSC has no business on this thread. Why are they advertising a product for this car without any type of testing. Clearly this is not for a gen 5 bolt on application.
With that said, I have been looking in to the full coil over set up......

I'll be sending my module out for an update probably this week or whenever possible, also getting quote on the rebuild for the rear.
What a shame. I suspected this to be the result. Wondering what the product actually does and if its worth considering. After all this research, switching to magnetic surely seems to be the way to go, to bad the solution is 7 grand not 7 hundred. Oh well.
I generally track on a road course in Street Mode as I find the added compliance allows it to transition better in slower speed corners and esses and provides more grip accelerating out of lower speed corners. Never noticed any degrading of performance in the high speed sections so I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that it does automatically switch to Race Mode and back again.
Spring rates are good but damper valving is too stiff in Race Mode, at least on the '14 TA. This is where I noticed the full DSC/Tractive really shines...like you'd also expect other good race shocks would compared to factory. It's all in the valving, both low and high shaft speed curves.

I am sorry for the lack of communication about the Viper DSCSport controller. We have been busy IMSA racing. We hope to answer all your questions soon. We do appreciate all the input and questions and want to make sure we answer them all the best we can.
Just wanted to post some videos that might help answer some questions.
Michael Levitas talks about the controller

We have a series of videos on tuning your controller

I think we really need Gen V Viper specific real world answers and data with & without only the controller installed...The info on the other cars just tells us how it works on those other cars, not ours (a Gen V Viper).
Hopefully that info comes sooner rather than later.

Bump on the VE Tractives.
According to the engineer responsible for the factory shock selection on the Viper the stock shocks have absolutely zero magnetic ability... so no real reason for debate.
The Tractive shocks are also not magnetoreological(sic) either...... they have a specific valve that allows more adjustments per second than the mag ride GM uses, to call it mag ride is an under sell.......
More than one way to skin a cat so they say, more ways than magnetic particles in the fluid as well.
