The Capital Vipers are expanding to the First State and the state of my ancestors.

Join the Capital Vipers Saturday September 19th - weather permitting.

I will be at the Middletown, DE Cars & Coffee at 8:00. I will enjoy seeing the town my Great Grandfather was the owner & Publisher of the Transcript (1940 - 1983) after taking over for his father.

We will meet at 11:00 in Dover to drive over to The Air Force Mobility Command adjacent to Dover Air Force Base before lunch.
