Waited over 15 years for my GTS! cammed or NOT? Video included

Remember seeing a poster of the B/W GTS at library fair back in elementary school. Finally finished pharmacy school and bought my dream car!!!!

These mods were mostly done by Ted (CYAFORD) who previously owned this car
    Corsa exhaust
    Gen III tranny from JonB
    Headers
    poly engine and transmission mounts
    SCT tune from Sean Roe
    Smooth tubes with S&B filters
    Billet aluminum power steering bracket
    172F thermostat

-I've had at least 20 people tell me its cammed after they hear it idle- however don't have details on that. The previous 2 out the 4 owners said they thought it was too, but is a mystery on details of cam. YOUR THOUGHTS?

Nice car, my bet would be the 708, which is stock. The car sounds healthy, either way.

Does not sound like a 708 cam to me.

My guess is it's a 708 with a full exhaust system. Mine sounded the same when it had the 708 cam. I doubt someone would change just the cam and not do the heads. I would dyno it to see the power which might help determine if it's a stock cam.

Agree with prey -708 cam (stock cam 96-99), no cats, corsa & headers

Here's mine for comparison (708 cam, no cats, borla) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZxGssyUHuU

Dyno sheet below. First 2 runs were with SCT tunes from Roe. Third run was with what I thought was the stock PCM. Roe says the PCM has been modified.

Power seems to be in line with a healthy stock cam/head car. Sounds great congrats on the new ride!

    I like it.
    Sounds totally sick.

Go scare some old ladies and children with it.

    Watch out for cops.

Congrats on the car, nothing beats a B/W. Hope you solve the cam mystery, but for what it's worth Im with the "stock 708" crowd. Now the fun part begins to make it what YOU want anyway.

Link to my aftermarket cam car is in my sig. But it might not help cuz I have aftermarket heads as well.

Nice. Same here. Fell in love with the B&W GTS 15 years ago. Picked up my 97 last year.
