Emergent was purchased by an unnamed OEM supplier, and would no longer exclusively work with Forgeline for their Carbon+Forged wheels, so the partnership has been broken.

As of SEMA, Forgeline was working on a partnership with Dymag for the same series of wheels. Dymag's carbon weave was completely different than Emergent's, so the wheels will have a different look. Dymag was also not yet able to make the widths that Emergent could, so there is currently no CF wheel made for the Viper (unless you want some much-narrower ones). I saw a Dymag barrel at Brixton Forged's display, and I believe HRE's 3D-printed titanium+carbon wheel also used a Dymag barrel. Not sure if Forgeline is going to be able to lock up an exclusive partnership. Their website shows Dymag barrels on their four styles of wheels now. https://forgeline.com/series/carbon-...series-wheels/

As another side note... I've learned that CF wheels for track applications have a grey-colored coating on the inside of the barrel for heat resistance. That's how these OEs are doing it, I think. Forgeline does not do this.
