Wish I saw this thread before picking one up at a viper site.

WORD OF CAUTION: DO NOT USE EMANUALONLINE.COM FOR ANYTHING! I WAS SCAMMED. I thought the price was too good to be true for a 2009 service manual and it was. It was supposed to be an electronic copy, but there was absolutely no way to download it from their site, my account with them, or the autogenerated emails they sent. After more research, there were many more people who were scammed with this site.

I filed a case with paypal and then the site sent me fake product tracking info. Paypal saw that then closed the case. Long story short, I went back and forth with paypal and they finally took the hit on the price of the emanual and refunded my money. Never got anything from emanualsonline. Stay away from them.

Bit of a PITA though as each page is a separate link, if anyone knows of a good PDF version it would be most helpful.
