Can anyone recommend a good Viper Tech for some warranty work in the
Palm Beach/Boca Raton/Ft Lauderdale area?

I have used Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach. Service Manager Rob Gorman Viper Tech Lee. Would use again. Doug Levin in Davie is very respected. Never used Doug due to travel distance.

Yes, I can also vouch for Arrigo in West Palm. Call Tony Neterer in service (advisor). Tech is Lee.... good guy, car is taken care of.. Ive had 4 Gen5's and had each of them in for the recalls. (nothing major thank goodness)

I'm also in Boca (SW 18th ST and Federal) and I've lost faith in all local dealers. If you need a hand turning a wrench, shoot me a PM and I'll come over and we can get it done ourselves. If you do decide to go to someone nearby, let us know how it goes. It would be great to learn that there is a good tech at one of the dealers.

University Dodge did some warranty work for me and fixed the issues I had. They have two knowledgeable techs there. As with all things in SoFLA, keep your expectations low and you'll be happy.

Doug Levin! He is one of the best in the country. It is a little of a drive for you, but trust me it's worth it. I am down in Miami and go to him and wouldn't let anyone else touch the car (I'm talking from experience and how Dough found a bunch of sloppy work done to my car at a dealership)...

doug levin is always worth the drive but he doesnt do warranty work to my knowledge. i drove from NJ to davie fl for a belt change basically. hes well worth it ! call doug 954-434-9356
