Upgrade the Gen 1 suspension

Has anyone upgraded the Gen 1 suspension to Gen 2,3,4, or 5 or something else. Considering a track car project.

Gen 1 is what it is....I was the first to take a GEN 1 and make a full blown Racer out of it.(SCCA, NASA, Viper Racing League). In fact i was asked to not race in the GEN 1 Category in the Viper Racing League because I won too many races (complaints). They moved me up in class to the Gen 2 and I did not stand a chance. Your stuck with the suspension, unless you want to do a full tube frame project. I can give you some pointers but I will take them off line if your serious.

Frank I first met you in '97 at Viper Days at TWS. Can't recall if your car was green then, or still black, running the big ol' Purners & slicks!

I have seen a Gen 1 frame fixed with Gen 2 suspension, but the cost was stupid high. If you want a track car, buy a dedicated track car.
