Jon, sometimes a strongly worded letter from on local law firm letterhead can do wonders. I highly doubt he understands the actual legality. Something like you have two weeks today outstanding bill or it starts to get interest as well as his and your legal fees. Good luck! There are some flakes out there, thank humanity that the % is small.

Very Sorry to read this, JonB could not have been more helpful to me when I broke my Half shafts in my GTS, when I got on the phone, it seemed as if the stuff ordered was being packaged as fast as I was speaking, Awesome service and the parts arrived in the UK Super fast.
I hope the credit card company or Bank can provide you more details to trace this guy. There are not that many Vipers around, perhaps other owners in the community know of this guy and where is car residies?

Jon knows very well how to deal with customers of this nature. Unfortunately, there's been far too many of these threads over the years. And as virtually every VOA member should know, he's one of our "go to vendors" for anything Viper. In Jon's case, his "go to" has been there since we were all kids.

Jumping into this one late. JonB is the "go-to" FIRST for Viper parts. Somehow, he can warp the space-time continuum, and somehow get your part to you before you ordered it!!

Again hire a local attorney in his area, start with a threatening letter, get police involved, etc. It often works...I've had to do this before and got most of my $3000 back...Sucks but do something emails and messages will do nothing...
Good idea regarding an attorney letter and police report to begin the process. At least then he'll know that you're not letting this go.
The first option is inexpensive and the second option is free. Don't let this loser get away with it or he'll do it to someone else.
