Less than 50 miles??? Definitely one of the better SE's.
Should be no trouble getting rid of it although it would have been nice to hold it another 12 months as I think you'd get a nice pop in pricing from current levels. GLWS.

It’s not a fire sale... I’m just throwing it out as I haven’t seen any 1:28 for sale. I have had lotsa inquiries and as I said earlier...if it sells, great .... if it doesn’t that’s cool also.

# 22 arrived in Blair Nebraska Dec of 2016 and since I was in the hospital and wasn’t released until late February last year Bill P was kind enough to leave in his care and custody until I was ready for it and weather permitting.
