WTB ACRE front rims for Track

I know it is a long shot. Just looking to pick up a set of front ACRe 19's for a set of slicks. I already have rears and would prefer the OEMs. Open to ideas, I may just have to bite the bullet and buy (2) new ones. Let the NVE3 prep begin!!!!

Is this for an ACR? If not, these are horrible track wheels as they are extremely heavy boat anchors.

They go great with my heavy steel boat anchor rotors on my ACR-E... Still kick everyones ass on the track though!

hehehehehe! My Forgelines/Finspeeds and Pirelli slicks are almost 100 lbs lighter than the ACR wheels and Kumho's. Was worth 30hp on the dyno alone.

Yes the weight savings from forgelines to the OEM ACR wheels is huge.

Stradman Rotational mass makes a difference in braking/acceleration and also brake wear as you are stopping a lower weight car, and if you go with 18/19 or 18 all around wheels you have more tire selection as well.

Yes of course I know this although rotors not as much as wheels on the track. The problem is everyone is running their own combination of tyres and wheels without any true back to back comparisons to see what actual difference this makes on track. So I'm not going to wade in with a random combo myself until it becomes clear one package stands above everything else.

So which is it Arizona? Forge lines or Finspeeds? Which are better/lighter /stronger?

I've got two sets of Fins and one set of Forgelines, they weigh almost exactly the same. Finspeed went out of business so that makes the choice easy. hehe.

I've been seriously considering 18" all around but that 2mm gap between the caliper and the barrel just scares me.

Yes clearances are very tight thus I'm only using these for track only and always inspect before and after a track day. There will be some scoring on the wheels but even OEM ACR wheels gets that too from the track. I might replace the front wheels after a couple of years if scoring increases although when I pointed it out to Forgeline they said it was fine.

You will indeed get a LOT of scoring in the barrel from rocks. Mine are scored up pretty bad from the nasty tracks here in Arizona. We sent pics to Forgeline and they said it was not affecting structural integrity.
On another note, most of the Porsche Cup Cars I see running in Nasa have the same tiny clearance on their fronts with much worse scoring than mine and they don't seem to be bothered by it.

Thanks for the responses guys. I have had a couple guys reach out to me privately so I am going to explore those options. I have a quote from a local dealer for $700 per rim, which really isn't that bad. Again these are just going to be a mounted spare set for track days with slicks on them. I use my ACR G3 sidewinders in the rears with an 11lbs weight savings. I'm just tired of swapping tires and rims for track events.
