I don't believe there are likely any opportunities to spectate beyond being perched on a roof top with binoculars! There is however a wait list you could be added to. Best to contact those organizing the event and inquire.

We are signed up and will be driving down, probably with the 01 GTS. Planning on taking 4 or 5 days. Not sure if they will allow me to track the car though with 6 or 7 year old tires?

You probably want to verify that one. I believe the limit to get the car on the track is 5 years or less on the tire date codes.

I know when we went to Detroit and the Chelsea proving grounds they would let you on the track but you were limited to 80 mph by the lead car.
Not sure of the cut off date for age of the tires as I had new tires then on the 04. My tires on the 01 only have 2-3000 miles on them but their age will limit/disqualify any track time.

I won't be there unfortunately and I really wouldn't want to try tracking a car with 5 year old or even older tires.
