He might be looking at book value and comparing that to market value? For example a 2015 SRT is worth $61k private party according to KBB but a realistic market sale price would be $75k.

Mainly price. Looking for one with no mods, no stories. Black interior, preferably with the suede inserts instead of all leather. A bit picky on exterior color.

So, you want cheap peach optioned specifically, in specific exterior colours.

It's definitely a seller's market now, prices have been increasing and supply decreasing. You can still find a rare deal but it might take you a very long time.
