    1996 RT 10 Brake Pads

I know there are a zillion threads on this topic, however just to verify, as pad compounds could change over the years. Are the EBC Green's the lowest brake dust pad out there on the market for a '96 RT/10? I drive like a Grandpa most of the time anyway, and don't mind trading off a little stopping power for cleaner (McViper Yellow) wheels.
Also, best supporting vendor to purchase them through?

    Regards, Chris.

The green pad formulation had changed and was not the lowest duster of that line up. I think the reds dust less, but others may chime in to confirm.

Agree with 99T10...if you go with EBC , I would choose red pads, which as I recall are better for cars of the Viper weight class in terms of stopping distances.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I will call EBC directly to confirm and see what their latest products are.

    From EBC site:

Greenstuff: "Superb material for lighter model Asian and European sport compacts"

Redstuff: "EBC’s flagship street brake pad material for prestige and faster cars, EBC Redstuff ceramic Brake pads sets new standards in brake performance"

Tried EBC greens and got very little dust but loss about 25% breaking power. Put the originals back on.

I had EBC Red, twice. They weren't as effective when "cold". Switched to more performance pad when did G3 brake upgrade

Evil: I just would be interested in the pads. Are they new, and assuming they will fit a '96 RT/10?
