    Next ZR1

The newest camouflage images suggest this thing will be pretty epic. Still not sold on the rear tail lights but the rest of it is aesthetically impressive. Wondering about it mechanically. Has the heat soak issue with C7 Z06 been rectified yet? Will it be a non issue for the ZR1? Always frustrating to see your corvette on every corner; it's why I got rid of my C6. Will production be limited? I think the previous Gen saw about 2k units which is relatively exclusive. Any thoughts on pricing? Model year? Pic for attention.

Are you sure that's not the new Camaro?

That was my first impression, a new Camaro with aero added.

it's not going to be that exclusive because at the end of the day it's still a Corvette. The base-model corvette is not that impressive, just a solid sports car... the ZR1 could be absurdly fast and it wouldn't matter.

.. and I'm not a MOPAR fanboy.. I feel exactly the same way about the Demon... it's just a Challenger.

What I think is hilarious is that almost every auto manufacture on the market is racing to copy the ACR viper by adding larger aero to make them a better track car. Whether they are doing a better job of it or not, the viper definitely started the trend.

Maybe it will drop the previous Gen ZR1 even further. Those are 1/2 off sticker now already ...

I think it's going to look really aggressive actually once that camo is off. I get it that it's no ACR but performance & price point wise, it very well might be the next best thing

They should leave the ricer, fart can exhaust on the car like the prototype? About how much excitement this new Vette creates for me. It’s like polishing a turd.

The wing kills it for me. Too ricey.

If the wing makes it “to ricey” you must feel the same way about the ACR-e.

I don't care for a huge wing on any car. But it looks more out of place on the Vette than it does on a Viper.

They aren't copying the ACR to make it better on the track...they're increasing downforce to make it better on the track; the Viper just happened to do it beforehand.

I agree. Will always look like an after thought on a Vette.

I saw a red C6 ZR1 with no stripes and chrome wheels recently and thought it was awesome. Haven't had a stiffy about the C7 since it debuted. Guess I was trying hard to like this one. Will defer final judgment until seeing one in person. To be fair, pics do nothing for my snake analagously

Ricey.....now that's racist.... the wing is cool. It's that ass end....same with the Huracan...

Um, are drop tops allowed on the track? I think my track requires a roll bar if u have no roofy...

Looks like the verdict is in. Any ideas on production #'s?

    You’re on the wrong forum.

I think you are bro. First you say you'd never own a Gen V because there's no competent service provider on the entire east coast. Then you buy one. It's the best color and the best thing since sliced bread because you own it. Then you get another one because the ACR was a game changer in your mind. Then you sell it because it stalls in neutral coming to a stop. In the add all you can mention is how it's a real ACR unlike the next model year GTC ACR. Then, wait for it, you sell your real ACR and get the GTC ACR after jumping all over it and all special edition cars as "contrived" as special. It really does appear that you are on the wrong forum actually. But thanks for playing.
