beware of scammer trying to buy viper

So yesterday some guy came to see my car and asked all types of questions and then pops phone out and showed me a Craigslist ad of a blue 06 coupe selling for 35k with 9k miles.. I said that was a great deal go buy that... I dont know if he copied those same pictures from an ebay ad and made the car for far less to low ball me... when I went on eBay I found the very same car and pics of a blue 06 coupe on eBay still on bids at 45k... wow what some people do to try to lowball.. gotta say that was creative... heres the 2 ads...lol

Haha perfect, best reply you could say! I said the same line with my house when the realtor brought up another one for sale for less. The look on his his face was priceless since there is nothing to say after that. I followed it up with, "well this converation is going nowhere, have a good day."

No I was not sure if he made that ad or not, so after he left I did some digging around online and found same car on eBay, then I put it together, so I text him back and asked if he went to see the,car but he never responded... so I think it's him because he labeled it in Chicago even though it's original listing from eBay is from like new jersey I think.. I text the original seller to give him heads up on how his pics are being used

Someone has scammed my Viper and listed it for $25k when I have it listed for $46K they copied everything from my add on auto trader or eBay and made a false add for people to email for more info.
When you email them here is the response.
    "PICS ATTACHED !
Selling the vehicle due to a business opportunity.
The vehicle is in Excellent Condition both Aesthetically, Mechanically and Very well maintained!
I am currently in Europe, The vehicle is originally from the US and it is currently registered in US, clean title, there is no lien on the title and there is no duty or cost to reimport the vehicle to the US. The vehicle is currently being stored in Italy, Europe.
This price is the absolute lowest I can go, It is honestly worth more than that but in Italy the registration law is different to register a vehicle that is outside of Europe, this is the reason of selling because it is expensive and difficult to register this vehicle in Italy, Instead of letting it sit in the garage I have decided to sell it.
A third party shipping company will handle the shipping to your location, title transfer and payment and also the price includes the shipping taxes to your location, also I will receive my money after you receive it.
Please let me know if you are interested and I will send you more information about the vehicle.
I look forward hearing from you."

Total and complete scam! But people fall for it. Scammer sux

Ask him to ship the car and as long as your mechanic can inspect and you can test drive you will make payment. Is the scammer trying to have you deposit the money first in a 3rd party account?
