Opinion needed for Viper ACR purchase

I am looking at a 2010 Viper ACR with 44k miles. Service history from Chrysler shows no warranty claims whatsoever. I don't have any other service records on the car. It has new OEM tires on it. Colour is White with black with red offset stripe. The carfax shows that it was in a "minor" collision. I spent nearly a hour looking it over and I found these issues:

Passenger side door, in the door jamb...there is a crack. I was told it is possible something was in between the door and the door frame. But then again it could be from the accident, which is more likely. I am concerned it is structual and could spread.

This is in the driver's side door jamb. The seal seems to applied very liberally and not as nice as the passenger side. Should I be concerned?

I would be using this ACR as a track car only. I am curious to what you guys think and if I should pass on it or not. If I shouldn't, what would be a fair price in USD? The car drove really really well.

What are they asking for it? 44k is alotta miles for a 2010.
With that mileage and a dirty car fax I would probably walk away unless you can grab
    on the cheap.
    Need to see more pictures.

Looks like the cowl either had a leak or there was a repair to the front structure and that much silicone had to be used to seal the cowl back up to the frame. The cowl does not get that much silicone in that area, usually it is in the lower half around the sill where the cowl matches up with the frame...the cowl usually just sits on the frame and by cutting around the sill the whole thing lifts right out. Something is going on there and I was be very hesitant to think that the car is mostly ok, I would think the car is mostly not ok from what I see.

If its dirt cheap and you have about $9K then look at "Viper Pete" on ebay as he has (4) new Gen III/IV frames up for sale... has had them there for years... maybe offer $6.5K and then just rebuild this viper onto a platform you can trust and you will be able to discover all the issues and resolve them yourself before tacking it out on a track.
