Myrtle Beach trip

Elaine - Great photos as always. How did you manage to take the second photo with you in it. Your photos are always great, especially when you are in them.

For those that could not attend I will explain the photos from Elaine's Post above.

Photo 1 and 2, we are anticipating the great food we are about to chow down on. Restaurant was picked by Jason Willard meeting our three requirements 1) Parking 2) Price and 3) great taste...Jason you did great.

Photo #3 is of me and my assist (Katlyn my granddaughter), with her help I was able to remember who won what trophy during our karting event at the Myrtle Beach Grand Prix.

Photo #4 is Jeanna R. (I think the twins always get me confused) She came in first place - time verified by US Government Satellites and Katlyn's iPad.

The second place trophy (photo deleted) went to a new member Giovanni (Johnny) F. We had to delete his photo as with a name of "Giovanni", he is part of the Federal Witness Protection Program.

Photo #5 is our region VP Mike R. There were so many ties for third place, Katlyn told me to award it to the person who tried the "Hardest" sort of like a "Participation" trophy, but we will not tell Mike.

Photo 6 is of our region treasurer oops secretary Dave W. I should have just had his name engraved on it instead of "Last Place AKA Safest Driver Award". Dave was going to receive this no matter how well he placed.

All in all, we had a great time, weather was great, food was great, but the people were the greatest as our events go this was another great one, in my opinion.
