Pics of the new Ford GT

So it arrived today and its in fantastic shape. I had the chance to put about 20 miles on the car and wow what a wonderful driving experience. Very different from the Viper but so so nice . Here's a couple shots I snapped of it today.

    Fantastic looking GT.

Around here it's a little more rare than a Viper.

In 15 years here I have seen three other Vipers and only one Ford GT.

More rare here too. I've only seen one in person, a red and white one. I don't see Vipers in the wild very often either, but they are more common. Love the GT, congrats.

Beautiful! I'm looking forward to hearing how you like it compared to the Viper. You got one of the best color combos too! I bet she sounds nasty.

That car was the definitive "game over" for the Viper. The era of dominance for the snake was over, yes it eventually would win greater circuit numbers, but nothing could top the stance and shear performance potential of the GT, especially on the streets of America. Congrats on your beautiful acquisition, as I believe that is likely the most exotic car to come from the US.

Thanks for all of the great comments guys, and yes I did take the pictures. I used to shoot for Corvette Enthusiast Magazine, but don't get the camera out much anyore.

I will say this I spent the day in the ACR and damn that thing is just bad ass too.

Andy, thanks for working so hard on my car today! And most of all for the privilege of going for a drive in this incredible GT!
