Just a thought, Include some sort of VOA shirt or cap or sticker for those who become charter members. It would a nice memento for those who supported the new Club from the beginning.

Charter members will be designated on their badges FOR SURE and will have a certain membership number group (only available at the beginning) and certainly a designation here would be cool (although your join date will mark yu are part of the Inaugural class!) Great suggestion (and we're thinking along the same lines!)

The membership portal should be ready middle of the month. We opened forums early so we could communicate with folks easier and start to have a "home". Working towards November 18th for "real" registration.
You're fine - we're staged in the deployment of different areas of the site - don't worry - we'll tell you when it's live.
