Best cig lighter fan for Gen 1 cockpit comfort

Delicate wife complaining that the AC in my '94 doesn't keep up in the summer down here in the deep south, so I'm looking for a lighter-powered cockpit fan. Before just buying the best-seller on Amazon, I figured I'd ask the community if there is a favorite cockpit fan.

Other than the e-brake handle, there are not many places in the Gen 1 cockpit to clamp on a fan to cool the passenger side. I've seen a few with stiff-but-flexible goosenecks that plug directly into the lighter socket and don't need to be clipped to anything, but most of those get terrible reviews, so I'm hesitant to go with that design.

    Thanks in advance for recommendations.

Have you considered a USB powered fan? Get one of them lighter-to-USB adaptors and plug 'er in!

Good idea GuitarSteve, probably more options using that interface. I'll look into it, thanks.

Trade the wife in on a less delicate model.

Tell her she must ride naked - may be the way to get rid of her. No. I am not a divorce lawyer!
    But, I support dave6666s idea.
