With the hood up, engine off, have a person slowly depress gas pedal FULLY while YOU watch throttles to see:
1. If the throttles open fully.
And
2. That the left throttle leads the right on opening. The left throttle MUST either lead or be perfectly synchronized with right.
If full excursion does not occur, push the reset the button on the cables while pulling cable rearward, then slowly depress
gas pedal to floor to complete adjustment. Then repeat test outlined above.
If the adjustment buttons have a screw through them, that means a "TSB" was completed...BUT, I have seen several such fixes fail over time.
