Hello all, picked up my Viper a couple of months ago. Loving every minute of it!!!


Here we are driving up my favorite road in SoCal.



Here she is the night I brought her home. Woke up the next morning and still couldn't believe it was in my garage.



My plans are to track it and get some instruction so I'm able to fully enjoy the car. I look forward to learning from you guys. Thanks!

What number of that Limited Edition VOI model do you have? Great start for a track Snake with the sidewinders and Stoptech rotors standard on that model!! Congrats and there are a great

Welcome, nice Viper! I actually have a Jonny Lightning die cast version of your exact car at my desk (silver with black stripes that end at the scoop and black wheels). The hood comes up and everything... Might want to track one down on Ebay if you're into that sort of thing.

...And I'm jealous you are out driving it and mine is in hibernation mode.

Congratulations! West Coast Racing does an HPDE event twice a year at Willow Springs Raceway. A perfect venue for driving a Viper, and they provide new folks with instruction. There are usually several folks from the SoCal Viper club in attendance. There are several other options also.

Thanks everyone for the kind replies. It's VOI #007. One of the numerous things that sold me on it!

I used to race bikes at Willow. Haven't been there in years but look forward to taking the Viper there ASAP.

I wasn't specifically looking for a VOI edition specifically but was pleasantly surprised when I did my research that besides the paint and stripes, they actually added some performance to the car.
