Thought some of you might be interested in watching the 24h race at the Nürburgring starting tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon (CET). Here's the full practice in English, I think there will be a live stream for the race also in English (check youtube).

Definitely going to try and catch some of the race via live stream. Wondering if Radio Le Mans will be doing coverage?
Forgot to mention: there is one Viper racing. It's a Comp Coup from Titus. They are racing in class AT (alternative fuels).
Also, Dominik Farnbacher will race the Lamborghini Huracan in FIA GT3, #11.
Will go there tomorrow for half a day or so....![]()

I wish I lived close so I could just swing by for a half day or so....
Have fun out there!!!!! Take some pics for those of us who can't be there![]()
Here are a few impressions... weather was perfect, very warm, clear sky, full sun....
Unfortunately, the Titus Viper got disqualified after only 23 laps (prior to this, the transmission was causing problems and had to be swapped, so approx 1h spent in pit for this already). Reason for disqualification was exceeding the noise limit by 2 dB...
Race is still running, 2h left...

Ouch, not to test the noise it makes before the race to make sure it's quite enough?
That's bs to dq for noise, I thought for race days it's pretty much no limit a standard day is 132 db limit I think.
There are 3 spots around the track where they take measurements. And yes, there is a limit of 130 dB for this class of races (used to be 132 dB a few years ago).
You should have skipped the Ring 24 Hrs and joined almost 50 Vipers in the Alsace region for VOE 5
