Ya it was nasty up here the other day. I don't know why the were out driving when the forecast called for 30-50mm of rain and 90kph winds. I'm guessing he hydroplaned and lost it. There was tons of water on all the roads.

Crap. I wonder if he did that damage hitting another car, as it didn't look like he left the road?

#1. Hope nobody got hurt too badly. By the looks of it, damn lucky if they walked away unscathed.

#2. NEVER drive it in the rain. Thought it was a general Viper Law - I understand tires make a diff.. but it's a LAW.

#3. Isn't Canada the home of magical Viper resurrection? All crunched Vipers go to Canada and then magically appear for sale with clean titles..?
When I was a fresh newb shopper on the forums, I got PM'd by more than one guy from Canada trying to sell me a car. Just sayin'.

Seeing as I'm pretty close to this one, my social media was full of this one for a couple days. Two things amazed me from the local mouth breather commenters on the pictures:

    1. Everyone assumed to know he was driving recklessly and deserved to crash, with no personal knowledge of course.
    2. Most seemed overjoyed that a guy who could afford a nice car crashed it.

Jealousy is an ugly thing. Imagine the joy of onlookers if he had crashed a Lamborghini or Ferrari......

    1st hope everyone is OK!!!

If the sub frame is not bent the car will be OK with lots of parts needed to fix. The under-body or frame is very robust on these cars. CAAP will build a frame only but need to move fast before they close down. Not certain of the service parts plan from FCA.

Isn't that the truth. Pathetic how some people react to a stranger's misfortune.

    Hopefully it's a loaded GTS. It's totaled.
