Gen 2 Viper Hood Side Pads Part

I picked up a 99 ACR not long ago. It was missing the huge hood pad but still has the side pads attached. The pads are located on the rear side of the hood behind the wheel arches. I cant seem to find a part # for the side parts or any pics or reference to them on any of the forum or viper part sites. Thanks for any help.

Take a pic of where they go on your car. Your post is too confusing to understand.

They are not called pads but rather shields

    Left: 48 48 025 AB
    Right: 47 09 460

from the factory, 93/96 only had the right side and 97/02 only the left side
Why??? I believe that it has to do with were the ECU was, but my 00 GTS certainly only had the left one
Now, talk about crazy pricing, the left is less than $20 but the right is almost $160

Thanks ... that is what Im looking for. I only have one on the left side covering the ECU area. I assumed they would have on eon the right. Yep, Im starting to make a list of stuff to start buying for spare interior parts etc for when something breaks. Alot of stuff is available now in pretty good condition ... 10 years from now Im not sure that will be the same story.

Mine is torn and will be replaced. Found it on this site for $16.

Seems like guys are getting new parts are very fair prices.

Based on all of the threads from people constantly whining about replacement part prices, I would say your assessment is not mainstream.

he said that because he needed the left side. Would have been a different tune if it was the right side.
Those 2 pads are a good example of the craziness of pricing
Basically same parts/cost but 1 is $20 and the other 800% more

Well coming from the Pcar parts market of NLA or NOS some of the prices dont seem very bad. My comment was regarding some parts on that site I posted seem fair in spite of all people bitching about how expensive stuff is. This site was passed along to me and Im just passing it on to the next as a FYI for those who may not know.

Im buying wear items and interior parts as I see them at good prices because I know one day they will be NLA or not worth what they are selling for when I need replacements.
