I'm very jealous. I love the Ford GT and they have proven to be a great investment considering I think they were around $125k when they were brand new and now you see them on ebay with an asking price around $200k. Hopefully someday I'll be able to own one.

I am not a Ford guy at all but the owner of Baxter here in Omaha owns the Heitage Edition car from Canada with Wayne Gretzky's autograph and it has factory number plates on it. It is a very cool car.

here is the old add for it.

I remember when I was younger I seen some of these FGT's go in the mid $150's. I was dreaming about them way back when. Never could afford one then steadily watch the prices go higher and higher and now you can't touch them for under $200K.

Congrats on the new ride FLATOUT. Car looks amazing you're extremely lucky to be able to snag one up!

I aree pricing is still constantly moving up and as I'm sure everyone noticed at Barrett, RM, and Mecum, they continue to climb. Very fortunate to have one and I feel like at some point a majority will be stashed away in collections.

I'm not sure how I missed this thread but beautiful car, and a favorite of many! Glad everything went smooth for you as far as bringing it in the U.S. and shipping goes. I browse the Ford GT forum just for fun and the owners there seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sure it'll be a great community to be a part of. Congrats and make sure to post plenty of pictures and videos!
