I don't know what I was thinking leaving these guys out, oh wait, I, obviously, wasn't thinking, but Woodhouse deserves a big thumbs up.
Mark Jorgensen is great to talk with. He is quite knowledgeable about our precious cars.
Joe Jackson did the service and he is a top shelf tech.
And let's not for Mr. Pemberton, he's awesome, as well.

I am sooooooo glad they are close, about 18 miles away.

Way to go guys. You guys ROOOCK!

Bill Pemberton, come to find out, was actually the guy who ordered my Viper from the factory. Great guy to work with and very knowledgeable.

He actually just helped get my gf into a new Jeep Patriot and made the whole process easier than anyone else could have.

Will for sure be a long time customer and friend!

Thanks so much for the kind comments , guys. Just wanted to make a small correction on our Viper Tech , Joe Janousek, who is in my estimation one of the absolute top shelf guys in the World on our Snakes. His last name is like mine, often misspelled , so just made this little correction and I know your sentiment , Jer, is valued a lot by Joe.

Have to agree. Mark has helped me as if I got my car from them (wish I did) and has sent me several parts in record time with no hassle. Even has helped me with warranty work that the so called local Viper dealer had no clue about. Great guys overall and wish I lived closer!

Bill and Mark have been extremely nice to me and have answered a bunch of questions for me even though I didn't buy a car from them.... good guys.

My wife's Nitro came from woodhouse which was a great buying experience, my viper was not purchased their but Mark Jorgensen had no problem helping me get the right parts and advice on a viper repair. I'm about 125 miles away and there are a lot of cars around here with the "woodhouse" badge on the back....great dealership.

I have said before it is nice that I don't have to be motivated by commissions, Woodhouse knows that the Viper community and others that I support deserve to have an available resource when you need one.
