Contact Dan @ Viper Specialty. He stocks ARP bolts for this purpose.
I can only say from my non Viper experience, that aftermarket clutches can cost a bundle and reward you with an empty wallet and other issues, especially when coupled with an Aluminum flywheel. In contrast to that, the factory set up works with zero issues, especially for street use and costs very little.
