Any groups doing a CAAP tour before the plant closes

I've been looking into visiting the plant and it seems that I cannot do so until after my car is delivered. Since I will likely be one of the last to roll off the line, it seems unlikely that I'll be able to visit if I wait for my own delivery (and apparently it does not matter that I have had a Viper previously).

But, I hear that I may be able to tag along with a group if one of the regional clubs is planning a visit.

So, anyone headed to Connor Avenue sometime before August 31st? If so, please let me know.

The plant isn't doing tours. There is supposed to be some sort of closing event in August. So be ready for that. Hopefully they will do a tour or some sorts then.

I thought we got some kind of tour with the purchase of a car, but I haven't gotten any kind of notice of how to schedule that. Same goes for the driving day at Bondurant (I think?).

I thought we got some kind of tour with the purchase of a car, but I haven't gotten any kind of notice of how to schedule that. Same goes for the driving day at Bondurant (I think?).

I spoke to someone at CAAP that said you can only schedule a tour after taking delivery of your car (I believe you have). They do not offer tours while your car is on the assembly line.

Kind of a bummer but I guess I understand not wanting to having 30 people all wanting to see their own car being built while the tour is going on.

Correct.
My tour is scheduled for 5-19. From what I understand you have to select the option when ordering the car to take a tour. If your not picking up at the factory you can't schedule the tour until the car is delivered. At that point I spoke with James at the concierge to schedule.

My ship date is July 3rd so I am trying to get a tour after that date for my family, but since my car is SE, I have no contact with the concierge, the dealer gets just tidbits of information from them, so it could be tough for me to get a tour setup. If anyone has any other info on how to arrange it or group dates, please share.

There are still plans for a Bucket list event in August at the plant with a big send off. Negotiations are still underway.

I would REALLY love a tour of the plant too! I hope I can get in with a group, but it seems like there are many people in line ahead of me. I literally only live 25 minutes away from the plant so it would be a quick drive.

I had talked to them and they said they would get back to me about when the dates will be for a tour... He said since we own a Viper it would be free as well.... They had nothing open in April but unsure when the date will be for May or June...

I took delivery of my Viper on Monday and was told by James no more CAAP tours all booked up. I am pretty bummer about it and if we ordered our car and booked the tour we should be in the total allocations.
