The reviewer seemed to praise the car. However, idk what harness he speaks of, mine came with no harness
ACR, I understand we aren't in the sixties or the seventies, however if you were never there you have no perspective. Lacking perspective, is what I believe is the reason every time a Viper is reviewed it starts out with, you fill in the blank. That's my point.

I had an article I wrote; published in a friend's magazine regarding the 2nd gen Viper. If I can get together locally with the owner of a gen V, get up close and personal with the car, and chat with the owner, I'd be more than happy to write something about the car. The 5th gen car, and the whole Viper community deserves it.

There's no better way to discover the virtues of the car than at the place it was designed for. I'd be happy to have you experience it at Mosport (Canadian Tire Motorsports Park).

The review is an overly positive one, no idea why there's so much negativity on this forum. He says a driving a GT3 RS is like driving a Bentley. lol You guys are taking things out of context, relax a bit.

Nobody is taking anything out of context. We are simply pointing out that every journalist says the same shit that doesn't make sense to us. It seems like they go in every review with all the crap previous gen cars had in their heads. The dude starts the video by saying it's hot in here lol. Agreed it was a descent review and overly positive.

"It's a bit sad to see the Viper go away"? Yeah, that's probably how most people would feel who would never seriously consider buying an analogue exotic car I suppose.

"Over-whelmed", "focused"? How about "I feel completely disoriented, I thought I could do this, but I don't seem to have the words so I'm just going to babble on for a while"... "thanks for the joy ride, here's your keys back, on to the next review, hopefully it won't be so hot and cramped...and WTF just happened?"

The guy definitely gave it his all, and props for trying, but let's face it, there's only so much you can learn about a car from doing a bit of research and a little driving. The written impressions are pretty predictable and barely touch on the reasons actual buyers choose the car. All drivers have their first impressions, and buyers often have a deep appreciation of what the car is and what it represents before ever sitting in the car!

The car does over-whelm the senses and it is hard to articulate all the ways the car does it or makes you feel. All I know is that it feels so right...and it truly has ruined both myself and my wife for anything else
