To answer some of your points:
Keep in mind that I'm in Canada and some things are done differently here than in the US. There's less consumer protection.

And our purchase agreements are different as well. GasGas lives near me and he mentioned that he was able to obtain price protection on his Hellcat but NOT on his Viper order.

Again, I guess it depends on the dealer, Kris Rams @ Islington (who is selling the Stryker's) was no bs to me as well as other members here - some of whom have multiple, multiple, Viper orders thru him. Credit where credit is due.

If GasGas got dicked, I am guessing it wasn't by Islington.

Unfortunately ordering new Vipers is a moot point now but maybe a suggestion to call Kris on any future Hellkitty or Demon sales....

Again, credit where credit is due for Kris IMO - when it looked like I couldn't get my 17 order Kris helped me on a deal for a 16 from another dealer. Now I have a vin on the 17 and Kris is on it, no deviation.

For clarity I later traded my Hellcat + 20k for the modded, track ready, Gen V GTS I have now. Both TA Two Oh and I paid roughly half the asking price for the '17 ACR, so neither of us feel that we "got dicked".
