Congrats on the dyno numbers. Now go run a couple numbers in Bradenton. Near 0 DA should yield you a couple 9's for sure.

Some of us have had issues with excessive temps while road racing Gen 5s. 240+ coolant, 265+ oil. What do these upgrades do to temps? Were there cooling system mods done?

24whp with different headers is a colossal difference. I am regretting getting the Belanger's now

    Congrats

Why did it take Todd at A&C months to get drivability right on stock pcm? Seems Calvo got it right pretty quickly. Genuinely curious if Todd's tune is more polished, idk

I believe that James Karger is the tuner for both Calvo and A&C, on HPTuners, for the Heads/Cam cars. I don't know if they modify his tune afterwards, but he did the groundwork for them to do the H/C on the stock PCM.

I dunno how I missed this thread. Awesome setup, congrats! What are your thoughts on the build now that it has been over a year? How's the drivability of the HP tune, still good?

Speaking of 9L, if you need to replace bearings and the engine is already stripped down, why not go ahead and do the 9L? Is there more involved? Just curious cause when my warranty runs out I'm considering either the 9L or just heads and cam

Saving my lunch money is not getting me to @calvomotorports fast enough.... no more jeep parts!

I believe the price difference is around 15k for heads and cam and 30k+ for a 9L motor.

Thank you for this informative post. Just sold my 99 ACR with heavy bolt ons and bought a stock low mile 13 GTS. Love the sound and response of the Calvo package. Really pleased to hear of their commitment to client satisfaction and doing it right. As the President of the Alabama Tennessee Viper Club I share your goal of supporting our sponsors!

While we're at it, does Calvo have a 9L package as well? Very curious if they build one and what are the results.
