I'm located in Southern Ontario. When the weather gets nice, I'm taking my car in for motor mount replacements, along with a full "go over" and all fluid changes....Any suggestions for the best Viper Tech around that area??

All you get when you ask for the best of whatever it is you are asking for is what everyone's favorite is. Unless there is only one and everybody uses the same.
Anywho, Tator's Garage is the best Viper tech.
