    Removing front fender

Hi all , I would like to remove the front fenders and after having a look I was wondering if the sills has to come out first. Has anyone removed the front fender before? Thanks

Uhhhh, what front fenders? There's the clamshell hood, the side sills - that's it.

I'm guessing he means the panels in front of the doors. Not sure of their technical name.

Here is a link to my Belanger header Install. I go into great detail on how to remove the side sills. Assuming that is what the OP is talking about.

    EDIT

If the OP is talking about the panels inside the side sills, then yes i do believe they can only be removed once the side sills are also removed.

I'm curious what you are doing that requires removing them?

I've removed them along with the side sills. I have a write up on here. Just a couple of screws and bolts. You will have to loosen the side of the sill nearest to the fenders in order to remove the fenders. Be very careful and use a lot of painters tape!!! You will scratch the fenders and side sills if your not extremely careful! It's better and easier to remove the side sill.

its a 5 minute job to remove the sills, just remove them and get them out of the way

I figured that I have to remove or loosen the sills. I just want to avoid the 2 blasted bolts at the rear of the sill over the exhaust tip. But I think if I loosen the front half should be able to get the fender out. I'm wrapping it for a bit of bling! ; ) Easier to do when its off.
