    Polyurethane Differential Mounts

Doing a bit of digging on this subject. Doesn't seem to be too much available, contacted Chris (Overzealous1) who was apparently making solid bushings but is no longer doing so. Found some info on the Alley that a member had managed to successfully use Corvette diff bushings as they were a perfect fit. There isn't too much more info other than he used some sort of corvette bushings.

Looking into this the C4 corvette uses a very similar "batwing" diff cover with two large bushings.

Energy suspension makes the bushings and are very inexpensive

Has anyone tried these or have more info? I still have not come up with a solution for the 2 bushings closer to the front of the car

I have them on my Corvette and they have held up well (did it at least 10 years ago) and it helped tighten things up. I bought mine through Vette Brakes and Products (https://www.vbandp.com). Not sure what brand they are.

The front ones look like the may match a control arm bushing type. Just going off a picture I found online.

The batwing ones look like a good gamble to try.

The front ones are more of a mystery. I haven't dropped my diff yet but does anyone have one out that they can measure the two front bushings? Energy Suspension does sell specific sizes.

Call Viper Parts USA. They have the poly diff mounts you are looking for. I don't know if they are their website, But I bought the bat wing ones from them for my car as well as the front ones also.

The energy suspension ones did not last in my car as they pounded themselves out.

Just emailed them to see what they have.

Did you use the C4 bushings on your car or which ones did you use?? Would be curious to know in case myself or anyone chooses to go that route!

[QUOTE=Boosted Motorsports;274687]Anyone else have any info?[/QUOT THEY DO REQUIRE MODIFICATION FIT RIGHT, the steel insert is too small so the hole needs to be bored out, and they dont fit very tight in the cover so you have to use the steel inserts to expand the bushing some and it locks them in tight, other wise the bushing wiggles around alot. i also found a bushing that fits the front mount by switching the steel insert with another bushing

Hey Ryan, I just pulled my diff for a 3:73 gear swap. Could you please post any part#s that were helpful in your swap? Thanks

I just installed Ryans bushes in my rear diff, Got the car back on the ground last weekend. Clear printed instructions, and straight forward install.
