Which ones are you interested in? DSE already makes the splitter and diffuser. There is already a CF wheel arch vent. Dive planes are fairly easily available. Which ones are you referring to? I think the best thing that Xtreme could do is the vents on the front hood. Those plastic pieces are awful and they should make ones that have a carbon base ring and then integrate some good quality powder coated wire to go across this with maybe 3/4" space between the wires. That way one doesn't need to remove them at the track but with the wide space between the wires you still get air released. Basically the wire would be there to keep things like leaves maybe falling into the holes/gaps. That's all you need I think

They only make the extensions. Nobody makes the wing...

That being said i have no interest in ACRE parts. Will buy the airbox lid and the hood vents if they make them!

Will this help in lowering the intake temp?

I don't see any difference from the stock plastic cover but if you want to lower the IAT Doug Shelby has a great shield that I run on all my cars
    Thanks

We are making the hood vents but it is just the bezel in carbon
I guess we could trim a wire mesh grill for them like we do for the Gen 4 hood if someone wants it

I will be building the ACR extreme splitter, diffuser, canards and rear wing
We just need to catch up on the interior and holiday orders first
Probably canards and diffuser go into mold making after we get back from NASA on the 18th

I need the splitter and wing RIGHT NOW. LOL. I'd buy them if you had them, but will probably go with factory parts unless you say you'll have them to market soon.
What Nasa event are you doing on the 18th? Chuckwalla???

DSE does NOT make the splitter and diffuser at this time. He's working on it, but both are not for sale.

Yes, do this!!!! We'd be able to install this on non-acr hoods, correct?

Would this be the six hood vents? If so curious to see pics and hear about timing and pricing.

We participate in a PHENOMENAL opportunity that for most is a bucket list/ once in a life time event.. There should be a few more Vipers this spring.. They will have another in the fall. This is a day long event at Kennedy Space Center on the Shuttle runway. Its 3 miles long- 300 yards wide. One of THE safest venues to unleash ALL the wild ponies under your hood. There's the 1/2 mile shakedown, then standing mile runs... Then they do 1.5 mile standing runs.. Then you have the option of doing flying mile, or mile and half runs and can even open up at 2 miles.. You get it out of your system and can run as many times as you want. There's cameras that record your runs inside the cockpit and out. There is a film crew recording you on the ground and a helicopter chasing you and recording your run. It's exhilarating and the most bang for your buck!
Not sure if I can post the link.. Admins might delete.
