Difficulty shifting into 2nd

I upgraded to a short throw shifter and soon afterwards I noticed it wants to shift into second hard until the tranny warms up. The tranny fluid was changed out over the summer with mopar fluids. The weather here also started getting cold out so I wonder if this is normal behavior? Ive read this is a common occurrence with some other cars when its cold. Thanks for any advice.

I installed an Ipsco STS last spring. I noticed the same thing going into 2nd. By the timeI got back from NVE2, the shifter was back to normal. No more problems since.

I also installed an Ipsco. I wonder what could be causing this to happen? Ill wait it out and see if it fixes itself, thanks.

When I first got my new 2016 GTC last June I had the same problem. It would go but it helped when the trans got warmed up and I got used to shifting it a little different. Car had 427 miles when I parked it in September and few problems by then...Scott
